First of all, you need to choose appropriate toothpaste. It is recommended to avoid teeth-whitening toothpaste, because it contains bleaching agents which may actually bleach or burn the skin.
Also, choose toothpaste with lower fluoride content. Many people suffer from a mild topical allergy to fluoride, and it may cause a skin rash, if it comes in contact with the skin. For this reason, it is better to find toothpaste with as low fluoride content as possible to minimize the risk of skin irritation. ACV helps to bring your skin’s pH back to its normal levels, by shedding dead skin cells at the proper rate so pores are unblocked and skin remains healthy.

To make a perfect ACV toner you need to take 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar (preferably organic) and 1/2 cup of water (preferably bottled, but tap is fine). You need to clean and sterilize a glass bottle for storing the toner. After, you need to mix these two liquids. Apply toner to skin with a cotton ball. Shake well before each use. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.

8. Olive oil

You need 1/2 cup of water and 3-4 drops of tea tree essential oil. Add drops of the oil to the water and mix well. To apply, pour a few drops of tea tree oil onto a cotton bud, cotton pad or tissue and gently dab the tea tree oil onto any pimples or spots. You can leave for a few hours or overnight. There is no need to wash this off. After application of tea tree oil the redness and swelling should decrease.
You can alter the drops of oil you use depending on your skin type. If you have sensitive skin, keep the ratio 95% water and 5% oil. For normal skin, use 90% water and 10% oil. This can be done twice a day for quick, effective results.
