Onions are a very good source of Biotin, Manganese, Vitamin B6, Copper, Vitamin C, dietary fiber, Phosphorus, Potassium, and Vitamin B1. They have anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. Onion juice is used in treating acne, hair structure and is a great prophylaxis in treating the infections from inside your body. Our hair color is provided by melanin and when the hair follicles are worn and torn out, a massive build-up of Hydrogen peroxide is caused, thus the hair becomes gray. However, onion juice is rich in Catalase, an enzyme that neutralized the Hydrogen peroxide and reverses gray hair.
